Why this site exists

TexitScam.com is a privately run, independent consumer-awareness project. It is not a law firm, not a regulator, and not affiliated with TEXITcoin, MineTXC, Blockchain Mint, honest.money, or Robert "Bobby" Gray in any way.

Background

This site is maintained by someone who has followed the cryptocurrency space for over a decade, including hands-on experience with mining, exchanges, and a wide range of token launches — the good and the bad. That experience is what first flagged the pattern here: an aggressive referral structure, opaque mining math, and marketing that outran the underlying technology.

Method

Everything asserted as fact on this site is sourced to a specific public filing, government release, or news report, linked at the point it's used. Analysis and interpretation — including the technical breakdown of the mining-reward math and the securities-law reasoning — is clearly labeled as analysis, not as an official finding.

On the ongoing case: the Texas State Securities Board's cease-and-desist order contains allegations. TEXITcoin is actively and vigorously contesting them, has retained a major litigation firm, and moved to have the case dismissed. No court or administrative body has issued a final ruling as of this writing. We update the timeline page as that changes, and we link directly to the filings so you can read them yourself rather than rely on anyone's summary — including ours.
